Your time together with your therapist is very important. Please review and sign the policy for therapists working out of the Tranquil Massage Energy Healing (TMEH) facility in advance of your appointment. Please read 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: In an unlikely event you may need to reschedule/cancel for any reason*, please call 48 hours in advance to avoid a missed appointment fee for your reserved appointment time in this office. Payment is required for ALL no show/late cancels (less than 48hrs) appointments before future appointments may be scheduled. How do I prevent a missed appointment cancellation fee? 1) Always CALL TMEH (518)-744-3873 - 48 hours or more in advance when rescheduling or cancelling 2) Do not respond via “Appointment Confirmation” or “Reminder Emails” you receive from Gloss Genius. – You will be responsible for the missed appointment fee. Stuck at work or not feeling well? – We understand life happens, but your time has been reserved in advance for you. – You are always welcome to send a friend or family member in your place to take your session. 3) Sometimes we may be able to refill your reserved appointment slot. If TMEH can refill it, you will not be charged. 4) Chronic late cancelling/no shows pre-payment will be required for all appointments. 5) *Your safety is important, if there is inclement weather and unsafe for travel you will not incur a cancel fee.
